Bubbenhall is a small to medium sized village in the district of Warwick in the county of Warwickshire. It has a long history and a good number of historic buildings remain. It is just off the main road from Leamington Spa to Rugby. It is 5 miles south-east of Coventry and 5 miles north-north-east of Royal Leamington Spa. The village is not just a barren dormitory for the city of Coventry and other larger places - it has two public house, a post office and a gardening contractor in the village. You will see in the history page that in the past there were butchers, a smithy and shoemakers in the village - now sadly gone. The population is about 600 and there are 525 people listed in the electoral register. These people ensure that there is a busy social atmosphere. The village hall is well booked for clubs and activities, the recreation ground has play equipment, a football pitch and tennis and basketball courts. The library is a mobile one from Warwickshire County Council. The visiting hours can be found at organisations. To find out what is going on then visit our Newsletter page.
